  • You have successfully completed the examination to become a tax clerk or accountant

Day-to-day tax consulting is increasingly digitalised at our company. In addition to traditional paper-based financial accounting, more and more financial accounting is done via DATEV Unternehmen Online and vouchers online.

All other documents and pleadings (appeals, tax returns, assessment reviews, etc.) are exchanged digitally and managed in DATEV DMS.

Your range of activities:

You will be entrusted with a fixed client base of private individuals, sole proprietorships as well as partnerships and corporations. For these companies, you will be responsible for the following activities in particular and serve as the first point of contact:

  • Preparation of (if necessary, digital) financial accounting with cost and activity accounting in accordance with commercial and tax law.
  • Preparation of annual financial statements for partnerships and corporations
  • Preparation of corporate income tax, trade tax and turnover tax returns
  • Preparation of income tax returns for shareholders, managing directors and their family members
  • Preparation of inheritance and gift tax returns
  • Examination of tax assessment notices
  • Preparation of appeals
  • Support during tax audits
  • Communication with clients and the tax authorities
  • Support as a specialist for the tax advisors and auditors in tax opinions, tax structuring issues and in the "tricky" cases
  • Advising clients on entrepreneurial and business management issues
  • Supporting the tax clerks with technical questions

Your profile:

You have successfully completed your training as an assistant tax consultant (m/f/d) and the subsequent examination to become a tax specialist.

You have already gained several years of experience in a tax office. You are open-minded, friendly and confident in dealing with clients. Dealing with DATEV Pro and MS Office programmes is a matter of course for you.

You are an expert in all matters relating to payroll accounting and would like to work in a digital and modern tax firm?

Our processes are increasingly digitalised, so that you can work from any location. You therefore have the choice: office or home office.

We work predominantly with DATEV Lohn und Gehalt. Only a few clients are managed in LODAS at their request.

All other documents and pleadings (appeals, tax returns, assessment reviews, etc.) are exchanged digitally and managed in DATEV DMS.

Your range of activities:

You will be entrusted with a fixed client base of sole proprietorships, partnerships and corporations. For these companies, you will be responsible for the following activities in particular and serve as the first point of contact:

  • Preparation of the monthly wage and salary statements including all notifications
  • Advising clients on how to optimise their wages and salaries
  • Reporting to the artists' social insurance fund
  • Notifications for the severely disabled levy
  • Participation in wage tax and social security audits
  • Examination of wage tax assessments
  • Preparation of appeals
  • Communication with clients, the tax authorities, social security agencies and health insurance funds
  • Support as a specialist for tax advisors and auditors in the case of statements, arising structuring issues and questions concerning wages and salaries
  • Supporting professional colleagues in questions arising in the area of payroll accounting

Your profile:

You have successfully completed your training as a tax clerk (m/f/d) or a commercial apprenticeship and then completed further training as a specialist assistant for wages and salaries (m/f/d). You already have several years of experience in payroll accounting. With us you want to deepen this knowledge and serve our clients as a specialist. In addition, the handling of DATEV, Lohn und Gehalt, DATEV DATEV Pro and MS Office programmes is a matter of course for you.
