Privacy policy

Preamble

We take the protection of your personal data very seriously when collecting, processing and using it in accordance with the statutory provisions. Personal data is only collected on this website to the extent technically necessary and only insofar as you have consented to this or a law permits this.

In the following, we would like to explain to you which data we collect, process and use, when and for what purpose. We would like to explain to you how our services work and how the protection of your personal data is guaranteed.
This data protection declaration can be accessed, saved and printed out at any time at the URL www.wollnywp.de.

II. Responsible body

The responsible body within the meaning of the data protection laws is:

WOLLNY WP GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft Steuerberatungsgesellschaft
Bismarckstraße 101
10625 Berlin

If you have general questions or suggestions for us on the subject of data protection, you can contact us at any time by e-mail at datenschutzbeauftragter@wollnywp.de.

III. Collection, processing and use of personal data

Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. An identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier such as an Internet Protocol address (hereinafter IP address) or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.

Processing means any operation or set of operations which is performed upon personal data, whether or not by automatic means. This includes collection, recording, organisation, arrangement, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction.

For technical reasons, among other things, your IP address, which your Internet browser transmits to us or to our web space provider, is recorded.

An IP address consists of a sequence of four numbers separated by a dot, each of which has a value between 0 and 255 (e.g.: 123.45.67.89). Usually, your IP address is automatically assigned to you by your provider. As a rule, this is a so-called “dynamic” IP address, i.e. you receive a new IP address with each new session. In contrast, the so-called “static” IP address is a permanent assignment.

In order to use our website, our web server collects your IP address and stores it in masked form, i.e. only the first three numbers are stored (e.g.: 123.45.67.xxx). Regardless of whether you have a static or dynamic IP address, a personal reference cannot be established as a result.

For error analysis, your IP address is stored in masked form in the log files of our web server (so-called “log files”). The log file is deleted after 14 days at the latest. In addition, our web server collects data transmitted by your browser and stores some of this data in the log files by default. This includes information about the operating system you are using, the browser you are using, the name of the information retrieved, the time of your access to our website, the website you visited previously (so-called “referrer”) and the amount of data transferred to you. A personal reference cannot be established in this respect, as the stored IP address is only available in masked form. This transmitted data is also stored and processed in the log file for error analysis.

IV. Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (hereinafter Google).

Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyse how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. In the event that IP anonymisation is activated on this website, however, your IP address will be truncated beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator.

The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.

You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website.

In addition, you can prevent the collection of the data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (incl. your IP address) to Google as well as the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under the following link:

http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en.

As an alternative to this browser plug-in or within browsers on mobile devices, you can prevent the collection by Google Analytics by clicking on the following link: .

An opt-out cookie will then be set, which prevents the future collection of your data when visiting this website.

V. Google Maps

Google Maps is integrated on our website to display interactive maps. This is a map service provided by Google.

When you call up a page that contains Google Maps, your browser establishes a direct connection with Google’s servers. The map content is transmitted by Google directly to your browser, which then integrates it into the website. We therefore have no influence on the scope of the data collected by Google in this way.

If you do not want Google to collect, process or use data about you via our website, you can deactivate JavaScript in your browser settings. However, we would like to point out that in this case you will not be able to use Google Maps, or only to a limited extent.

The use of Google Maps and the information obtained via Google Maps is subject to the Google Terms of Use and the Additional Terms and Conditions for Google Maps. You can find more detailed information on this under the following links:

VI. External links

The website contains so-called “external links” to other websites over whose content we, as the provider of the website, have no influence. For this reason, we cannot assume any liability for these contents.

The respective provider of the linked website is responsible for the content and accuracy of the information provided. At the time of linking, no legal violations were apparent. If such a violation becomes known, the link will be removed immediately.

VII. Passing on personal data

As a matter of principle, we do not pass on your personal data to third parties. Unless there is a legal reason for doing so, e.g. if we are legally obliged to disclose data (information to law enforcement agencies and courts; information to public bodies that receive data on the basis of legal regulations, e.g. social insurance agencies, tax authorities, etc.) or if we involve third parties who are obliged to maintain professional secrecy in order to enforce our claims.

VIII. Data security

If we collect personal data, we or our commissioned data processors store it on specially protected servers. Access to this data is only possible for a few persons who are involved in technical, commercial or editorial support. To prevent loss or misuse of the data, we take extensive technical and organisational security precautions, which are regularly checked and adapted to technical progress. Despite regular checks, however, complete protection against all dangers is not possible.

If you contact us by e-mail, we will only use the personal data you provide to process your specific enquiry. The data provided will be treated confidentially. However, we would like to point out that we cannot guarantee complete data security when communicating by e-mail, so we recommend that you send confidential information by post.

IX. Information, correction, deletion, blocking

You have the right to request information free of charge about your personal data stored by us. If the data is incorrect, you have the right to have it corrected. You have the right to request deletion and blocking at any time.

Stored personal data will be deleted if you revoke your consent to storage or if knowledge of this data is no longer required to fulfil the purpose for which it was stored. We also delete your data within the framework of legal requirements. If deletion is not possible for legal reasons, the respective data may be blocked instead.

X. Changes to the data protection declaration

Changes to the law or changes to our internal processes may make it necessary to amend this data protection declaration. This data protection declaration was last updated on 25 May 2018. We will inform you about any significant changes to the data protection declaration on our website.
